Fractional Sales
Information on Bachelor Gulch Destination Club Condos
Fractional ownership real estate is different than if you buy a timeshare. With fractional home ownership, you own the property and have a deeded interest and title to your vacation home. This allows you to rent your time, trade your time within your Club and among other Ritz Carlton clubs worldwide, sell your interest and most importantly, enjoy many magical vacations at the Ritz Carlton Residence Club at whatever Colorado location you choose. Gone are the days of having to buy timeshare memberships. Owning fractional real estate opens up a whole new world of possibilities. As a fractional owner, you can use the property and the numerous amenities offered at each Club, trade to other fractional ownership properties, and make a return on your investment when you sell your fractional ownership real estate.
