This agreement defines what is meant by submission of reservation request. A request submission is achieved after a search has been performed for the time period entered into the search field and the “Reserve” button has been clicked. After the clicked link takes the user to the Reserve Page and the submission form is properly filled-out and the “Submit” link is clicked, a verification message will be sent to your designated e-mail address with the information you submitted. None of the actions of clicking the “Reserve” link, filling out the submission form, or clicking the “Submit” link guarantees that the requested time period is available or a reservation has been completed.
The submission of the reserve form simply serves as an inquiry as to availability for the time period specified. We will then respond to your request, at the email you designated in the form, with notification of the requested time availability and inquire if you wish to continue the process.
If the correspondence between the parties leads to a successful transaction, upon completion of such transaction you (the renter) will then be required to sign a lodging agreement which will define all of the terms of occupancy that your stay at the property permits and/or requires.
