Snorkeling conditions are great on the island thanks to the calm waters, great visibility, and constant warm temperatures of 79 to 83 degrees. Coki Beach is one St. Thomas beach that has snorkeling comparable to St. John's National Park. Snorkelers can stand chest deep and play with lots of fish. There are also deeper reefs farther off shore for more experienced snorkelers and divers.
