This hotel restaurant used to be accessible to guests of the hotel only, but thanks to high demand has recently been opened to the public, by reservation only. Guests of the Ritz Carlton can have their dedicated concierge take care of that. Hacienda San Angel is a truly exotic fine dining experience. This restaurant is located on the second floor of Café des Artistes, and is a special Chef’s Tasting Room of sorts. Thierry Blouet offers prix fixe options from the Grand Tasting Menu, wine pairings optional. There is seating in the main dining room and outdoor garden dining. After dinner, move on to the Cognac and Cigar Room and sample cordials and premium hand rolled cigars.

 

Café des Artistes Bistro Gourmet

La Leche is a very modern, chic restaurant in the Hotel Zone of Puerto Vallarta. There are two dining spaces, each with slightly different takes on the all-white, minimalist theme. The majority of the décor is extremely modern, with a few Victorian elements thrown in. La Leche offers a daily-changing menu of innovative and unique cuisine that combines a wide array of flavors. This restaurant values venue and food presentation highly, which makes the experience more theatrical and fun – perfect for a vacation!

Taste is a great restaurant on the southern shores of Puerto Vallarta in the Casa Culpa hotel. The tropical garden setting adds a great exotic ambiance to the space, which is decorated in neutral earth tones and metallics for a modern rustic feel. The cuisine is influenced by Mediterranean, North and South American, and Asian flavors. Taste offers “Taste” and “Main” portions to accommodate sharing.
