This year’s July 4th celebration in Avon Valley promises not to disappoint.  Start the festivities by enjoying the afternoon at the Ritz Carlton in Bachelor Gulch, where they will be hosting a clam bake and pig roast on the Mountainside Terrace.  Guests will be able to partake in horseshoes, Bocce ball and enjoy live entertainment throughout the day.  This event lasts from 4 – 7 pm and costs $35 per person and provides perfect precursor to an evening of spectacular fireworks over Avon Lake in Beaver Creek or the Vail fireworks show.

If you feel like venturing over to Vail during this year’s Independence Day, there is a celebration not to be missed within Vail Village.  The annual Vail America Days 4th of July festival will be taking place and offers a variety of activities for all ages.  The Vail America Days is just one of the many reasons people love to spend their 4th of July holiday in the Colorado mountains during the summer.
