Vail

The best ski spots to go to in Vail, Colorado, while on your Colorado ski vacation at the Ritz Carlton Residence Club in Aspen Highlands, Colorado.

Vail, Colorado, is located 100 miles west of Denver, is the number one Ski Resort in North America and one of the top 5 ski destinations in the world. It is best known for having the largest single mountain in North America, its terrain, snow conditions, and challenging courses. It also has the largest network of express quad chair lifts in the world: 33 total lifts, 14 high speed quads, and 1 gondola. The 800 talented ski and snowboard instructors make the Vail Ski and Snowboard School a premier learning destination. People from around the world come to learn from these instructors, many of whom speak other languages to accommodate international clientele. Vail is also world renowned for its wonderful customer service and amenities. While Vail is certainly luxurious, it differs from Beaver Creek in that those who are economically challenged can actually enjoy quality skiing as well.
