The Westbank Grill at the Four Seasons is a seafood-focused restaurant that serves fish, molluscs, and crustaceans from around the world. It's stone fireplace, dynamic open kitchen, and views of the Rendezvous Peak make the Westbank Grill a luxurious and comfortable place to dine. Thursday night is Ocean Harvest night, where they serve a full buffet including appetizers, salads, and a raw bar. They also have selections made to order and delicious desserts.

The Wild Sage

The Wild Sage offers an intimate fine dining experience in a dining room that seats 26. The exhibition style kitchen and river rock fireplace add to its charm. They have won the AAA Four Diamond Award and the Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence," and have been declared one of the best restaurants in the Intermountain West. They serve contemporary and inventive regional cuisine, including such items as bison osso buco and truffled homemade tagliatelle pasta with braised bison oxtail. Couloir

Couloir is located at the top of the Bridge Gondola and serves American West cuisine. The Chef uses only local and sustainable ingredients and offers a special "Chef's Table" option. This option allows guests to sit at a special table in the kitchen and get a behind the scenes look at how the food is prepared, and also offers either a 4-course menu or the Chef's wine paired tasting menu. Another notable option is the signature dessert tasting.

The Granary

The Granary features floor-to-ceiling views of the Grand Tetons along with cuisine which Bon Appetit called "upscale mountain-man cooking." The Granary has received the prestigious DiRoNA Award, Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence" and honor of Best Hotel Chefs of America series at The James Beard House.

Jenny Lake Lodge Dining

Jenny Lake Lodge Dining Room is in an elegantly decorated log cabin that serves local delicacies like buffalo carpaccio, ostrich, antelope, venison, and rabbit. This dining room is perfect for a romantic dinner! Men must wear a dinner jacket and reservations are required.

Q Roadhouse is perfect if you're looking for something more casual. This restaurant is a family friendly, contemporary roadhouse style restaurant - the kind where you are welcome to eat shelled peanuts and then throw the shells on the floor. They serve things like bbq, steak, Mexican dishes, shrimp and white cheddar grits, and venison chili. Q Roadhouse opens for dinner at 5pm, and Happy Hour is from 5-6pm. Q Roadhouse is also a sister restaurant to Rendezvous Bistro and Il Villagio Osteria.

The Snake River Grill is an American grill that cooks with a Wood-Burning Oven. It is considered to be one of the nicest restaurants in Jackson, and is highly recommended by Chef Karen Norby of Pato, Chef Alan Rutherford of Calico, who recommends the seared ahi tuna with wasabi mashed potatoes, and Chef Roger Freedman of Rendezvous Bistro, who recommends the crispy friend pork shank, and Travel + Leisure, who recommends the four mushroom pizza.

This charming restaurant is located in a refurbished house and serves regional American food. Their specialties are rack of lamb, Idaho red trout, crab stuffed mushrooms, and elk tenderloin. Dessert specialties include Tiramisu, mud pie, and Russian cream.

Gun Barrel Steak & Game House

Go to Gun Barrel for a true Rocky Mountain experience! The restaurant is located in what used to be a traditional hunting and fishing lodge, and their menu consists of mainly game options. You'll get a chance to try elk, buffalo, venison, and several cuts of steak. Game is cooked over an open river rock mesquite grill. Some favorites from the menu include Bison Carpaccio, Snake River Potato Boats (potato skins), Venison Bratwurst, Elk Chop, Velvet Elk (pan seared elk medallions with mashed potatoes), and Bourbon Baby Back Ribs. The full bar includes a variety of 17 different Scotches, 20 bourbons, and 18 beers.

Osteria, as this restaurant is usually called, is a rustic and cozy place located hillside in Teton Village. There is outdoor seating, an extensive wine list with Italian specialties, and delicious modern Italian food. Try the pork chops, the osso buco, or one of their wood fired pizzas, like the triple garlic pizza, or their selection of homemade pastas. Osteria is a sister restaurant to Rendezvous Bistro and Q Roadhouse.

Alpenrose is the first Wyoming restaurant to win the Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence," which it now receives on a yearly basis. Alpenrose serves a breakfast buffet, dinner, and Happy Hour. There is live music at the bar upstairs.
